Webcredible founder, CEO & Commercial Director

Trenton set up Webcredible because he had a passion for helping people and a vision and mission to improve online customer experiences for everyone.

Trenton was one of the first to set up a UK business that specialised in delivering outstanding user experiences. He continues to be a pioneer in the user experience industry through the work of Webcredible and sharing his knowledge and passion at events and universities around the country.

Our history

A brief glimpse in time of Webcredible

  • 2003 Webcredible was founded in the hallway of a house in London by Trenton Moss, who had a vision and mission to improve online customer experiences. At that time, the company had no staff, no office, no reputation and no capital.
  • 2005 Webcredible has seen year-on-year growth of 300% and moves into offices in Tower Hill. Webcredible gains its first branding push with the Webcredible superheroes.
  • 2007 Apple launches the iPhone and mobile web is born. Webcredible becomes a cross-platform user experience consultancy pushing the user experience industry forward to mobile and user experience design.
  • 2011 Webcredible moves to London Bridge, to shiny new offices with purpose built labs, comfy reception area and bright large training room.
  • 2012 Webcredible becomes a customer experience agency, delivering strategy, joining online and offline brand communications and optimising all digital platforms for clients around the world. Webcredible gets a brand re-fresh, starting with a new website.
