Council website usage is on the up

Our latest poll has shown that use of council websites is increasing – albeit at a conservative pace. A survey of 1077 people run on this website showed that 73% of residents access their local council website to gather information about services or to perform online payment transactions. Our service offering has developed a lot over the years, in particular with us working on a more long-term, strategic level with our clients.
