Online shoppers value retailer reputation more than price

Our latest poll has shown that almost one third of online shoppers are most likely to be persuaded to make an online purchase by the reputation of the retailer. Cambs County Council case study goes live

We carried out a comprehensive user research and user-centered design project to help ensure that its community website, Cambridgeshire.net, was redesigned closely inline with user needs. Webcredible today announced the full launch of its accessible Content Management System (CMS), an easy-to-use product designed to make sure that websites, particularly local and central government websites, are highly accessible and compliant to Level AAA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Email and social networking most popular mobile Internet activities

Our latest poll has shown that more than half of mobile phone users are now using the mobile Internet, with email and social networking the most popular activities. Internet World presentation slides available now

Webcredible gets new head of user experience

Webcredible is pleased to announce that Elisa del Galdo has joined our team as head of user experience. A published author and researcher, Elisa has over 20 years experience in the user experience industry, most recently as Chief of Technical Staff for EMEA at Human Factors International. As head of user experience, Elisa will be responsible for Webcredible's entire UX and UCD offering, including the management of the UX consultants' team.

Well Webcredible has today launched a company blog, which will feature a variety of musings on the user experience industry and digital sector from Webcredible staff. It's taken a while for us to get blogging (given that we are more then 5 years old now), but contributors will include the user experience and development teams and the company directors. Webcredible today announced its appointment by online retailer, I Want One Of Those.com for a usability testing project on its website. The project is designed to identify areas of the site where the user experience can be improved with the aim of helping boost repeat visits and conversions. Webcredible to exhibit and present at Internet World

Webcredible will be exhibiting and presenting at this year's Internet World exhibition. The show, which will be held at Earls Court 2, London from 28-30 April, is a leading exhibition focused around digital marketing and online business.
