Our free & exclusive roundtables are designed to deliver innovation and knowledge sharing in a specific area of customer experience, our omnichannel roundtable has been set up for you to discuss your ideas and issues with peers from different industries and our user experience experts.

Omnichannel is the latest hurdle for brands trying to provide a seamless approach to the consumer experience through all available shopping channels, including: mobile internet devices, computers, bricks-and-mortar, television and catalogue.

Each roundtable will have around 15 people in each session to ensure a good quality event, with a mix of job titles and brands to ensure a wealth of experiences and ideas are brought together. Please note, our roundtables are exclusive, invite only events. No journalists, publications or suppliers, just brands; so we can make sure each roundtable delivers the best for you.
