Webcredible expands consultancy team as part of continued drive to improve online user experience

Webcredible, the online usability and accessibility consultancy, continues to expand as a company appointing two new consultants. The new recruits will strengthen the company's services to clients as Webcredible maintains a healthy pipeline of new business and contract renewals with existing clients. Cyprian Wong starts as user experience consultant and Nathan Langley as lead user experience architect.

Trenton Moss, director, Webcredible comments: “As the ecommerce sector continues to become increasingly competitive, organisations must put online user experience at the top of the agenda. These new appointments at Webcredible are part of our continual pursuit for growth and excellence in online accessibility and usability. Both Cyprian and Nathan are experts in their field and will be valuable members of our team.”

Cyprian's main responsibilities will involve assisting the development of key client projects, along with additional research and white paper opportunities while Nathan will be responsible for co-ordinating and putting into place internal processes and procedures for user experience architecture and user-centred design projects along with additional consultancy responsibilities.

Prior to joining Webcredible, Nathan has gained over 9 years experience in user research, interaction design, information architecture and usability. His last position was as User Experience Architect at P&O Ferries where he led the customer centred redesign of an accessible online travel booking service and independently contributed to improving the site's overall user experience. Nathan originally trained as a Computer Scientist and also holds a Masters degree in Human Computer Interaction from Queen Mary College in London.

Cyprian is also well experienced within the realm of usability, with 7 years experience in the industry. His previous position was with Australian online service company HYRO Limited, as senior user experience architect where his responsibilities involved the management of key usability testing and evaluation. He also holds a Masters degree in engineering.
