Webcredible selected by P&O Cruises for usability testing project
P&O Cruises has appointed Webcredible, the user experience consultancy, to carry out a usability testing project on its website to define and prioritise future user-focused developments.
P&O Cruises offers cruise holidays worldwide to 90 countries and recently re-launched its website to provide a more intuitive interface for its users. Webcredible's usability testing will consist of twelve users performing various tasks on the new website. Analysis and recommendations will then be submitted to P&O Cruises based on the results of the testing.
