New usability and web writing training from Webcredible
Webcredible has announced the unveiling of two new training courses, web usability training and web writing training. The two courses will complement their existing suite of training courses and follow the same unique method of teaching.
“We don't believe in telling people what the answers are,” says Tim Fidgeon, Webcredible's Head of Usability. “Rather, our courses are designed for participants to find the answers out for themselves and then put into practice what they've learnt through a series of interactive exercises.”
This unique method of empowering participants seems to be working. Positive feedback from the training courses runs at an impressive 98.8% and companies such as Barclays, The Guardian, Norwich Union, and Yamaha have all sent a number of individuals on to Webcredible's training courses.
Richard Linnington organised two courses for his team at First Choice Holidays: “The trainer's enthusiasm and knowledge impressed us greatly - we are now perfectly equipped to improve the online content for all our customers.”
“Our long-term goal,” continues Mr. Fidgeon, “is to put ourselves out of business! We want people who've been on our courses to have the skills and confidence to keep on developing on their own.”
And what will they do then? “No idea!” laughs Tim.
The new web usability training course will be held on Monday 28th November and the web writing training course on Tuesday 29th November. More information on the courses can be found on the web usability training page and the intermediate web writing training page, or by contacting Webcredible directly.
