Senior UX consultant job vacancy
Webcredible, the London-based customer experience agency, is recruiting! We're looking for a senior consultant on a permanent basis to join our growing team in London, UK.
About the job
The job role entails:
- Leading on a variety of challenging client projects
- Implementing complex and leading-edge solutions which meet the needs of the clients, while exercising considerable judgement
- Mentoring other consultants & leading them on project work as necessary
- Running Webcredible training courses
- Owning special initiatives, such as becoming a sector expert, presenting at tradeshows, and organising & running internal working groups
- Assisting with scoping projects and new business activities
- Keeping up to date with new techniques and tools in the field
About you
You'll have an absolute minimum of 3-4 years experience in a user experience role, as well as a Master degree in HCI or similar. Most importantly though you'll have exceptional communication skills and will be extremely passionate about improving the user experience.

You'll have extensive experience in the different aspects of user experience - usability, user-centered design and Information Architecture.
