Training product manager job vacancy
Webcredible is recruiting! We're looking for someone to join us on a permanent basis to help us manage and grow our training product at Webcredible.
About the job
Our training courses are hugely popular and have been a great source of revenue over the years but we feel it's time to look at our offer and align it with our broader company goals and vision.
You'll also:
- Completely own and manage the strategy, plan and budget for our training product and deliver against our growth ambitions
- Collaborate with the team internally to cultivate a vision for the product
- Coordinate with the consultancy/delivery team to build new courses and improve the existing ones
- Work closely with our marketing manager to produce a marketing plan for the product (which you'll own)
- Presenting at trade-shows and organising & running internal working groups
- Reporting to the managing director provide periodic status and progress reports

You'll be a bright spark with superb product and project management skills - added to this you'll be an excellent communicator. It's likely that you'll have studied business or marketing and gained a degree in the subject (but we're not closed to different backgrounds).
More importantly you'll be really passionate about delivering a high quality and engaging product to our customers.
We anticipate you'll also be good at:
- Organising everything related to the training product's development and management
- Leading, motivating and supervising the team involved in each stage of the development process
- Thinking creatively and thinking big to meet our ambitions
- Delivering against well defined goals on time and in line with our quality expectations
- Putting yourself in the shoes of our customers and being a champion for the product internally
- Expressing yourself face-to-face
- Writing excellent documents, plans and P&L forecasts to communicate with us internally
You'll need to have at least 2 years of project and product management experience for this role. Knowledge of digital marketing and training product management in particular would be advantageous.
