UX consultant job vacancy
Webcredible, the London-based customer experience agency, is recruiting! We're looking for a user experience consultant on a permanent basis to join our growing team in London, UK.
About the job
The job role entails:
- Having total ownership of your projects, liaising directly with clients and presenting your work to them
- Working with other consultants on a wide range of projects for a large variety of clients
- Preparing, conducting and reporting on user testing
- Conducting requirements gathering, interviews and user research
- Creating wireframes & information architectures for websites, mobile apps & other applications
- Running Webcredible training courses
We don't believe in hand-holding so you'll be given lots of responsibility from day one, although we'll always be at hand to give you the support you need.
About you
You'll ideally have up to 1-2 years experience in a UX role, as well as a Master degree in HCI or similar. Most importantly though you'll have exceptional communication skills and will be extremely passionate about improving the user experience.

You'll also have experience in the different aspects of user experience - usability, user-centered design and Information Architecture.
