Features of our focus group & market research facilities

Our focus group & market research facilities are all in airy rooms with wireless Internet access. We can offer you the choice of being in:

  • A room with a large table and a number of comfortable chairs
  • A relaxed environment with coffee tables and participants sitting on sofas

Our focus group & market research facilities come equipped with:

  • 45 inch plasma TV
  • Wireless Internet access
  • Microphones for audio commentary
  • Cameras for live video feed
  • One-way mirror between lab and viewing room
  • Networked PC
  • Whiteboard
  • Refreshments

Viewing facilities

The viewing room next door allows you to watch the focus groups as they happen through a one-way mirror. The room is set up with a networked PC, cameras and microphones so that the focus groups can also be recorded.

How much does it cost?

Hire of our focus group research facilities costs a flat fee of £800 + VAT for a full day (9.30am-6.00pm). Alternatively, the rooms can be hired out for £100 + VAT per hour during office hours and £150 + VAT per hour outside of office hours.

For these prices, you'll receive:

  • Full use of the focus group facilities
  • Technical support staff on hand in case of any problems
  • Light refreshments

For an additional cost, we can also work with you at any stage of your project and provide you with advice and help on:

  • Planning focus groups
  • Facilitation/moderation of focus groups or user interviews
  • Analysis and reporting on focus groups or user interviews
  • Participant recruitment
