Our methodology

We'll design and deploy a survey with the key aim of validating any qualitative research findings (e.g. from in-depth interviews) across a large and geographically-diverse sample size. The survey usually consists of short, mostly multiple-choice questions to encourage users to complete it (and also to facilitate easier analysis). The process is:

  1. Working alongside you, we create a set of questions in an easy-to-answer format and publish the survey.
  2. We work with you to publicise the survey to your target customers, be it through a mailing list or by publishing a link to it on your website or through social media.
  3. After a sufficient number of people have completed the survey, we analyse the results and deliver our recommendations to you.
