Web usability support packages

Most of our ongoing usability support takes place under the guise of our support packages. The usability support packages give you and our organisation access to one of our usability consultants any time. Examples of what our usability consultants may do for you include:

  • An expert evaluation and/or quick usability testing of new pages
  • Training or specialist advice in a particular aspect of web usability or the user-centered design process
  • The creation of a quality control strategy, with ongoing reviews and audits
  • An answer to a usability question

Our usability consultants all have a thorough understanding of the user-centered design process. We offer three different levels of support to help you with web usability:

Bronze level
Half a day per month assistance and help - £400
Silver level
One full day per month assistance and help - £775
Gold level
Two full days per month assistance and help - £1500

Your time allowance can be split however you like and you need not inform us how you wish to manage the time. In fact, you can pick up the phone and get help with any usability or user-centered design problems you may have any time between 9.30 and 5.30 from Monday to Friday.

Our usability support packages can be combined with our accessibility & CSS support packages, giving you access to even more expertise!
