Website review lite

Our website review lite is a trimmed-down, more affordable service aimed especially at small businesses. It will provide you with a series of recommendations for how you can improve your website's usability, search engine optimisation and credibility.

We've created the website review lite for small businesses and start-up companies as usability and website audits can often be expensive. We believe that having an easy-to-use and search engine optimised website is important for everyone.

The website review provided me with invaluable information and was well worth the money. I implemented the recommendations presented to me by Webcredible and immediately saw a substantial increase in conversion rates!

Website review lite deliverables

Once we've completed the review you'll receive a 25-30 page report, e-mailed over to you in PDF format. You can download a brief extract from a sample report to see what it looks like.

The website review lite will specifically tell you how you can improve your website's:

  • Usability
  • Search engine optimisation
  • Credibility

In turn, this will:

  • Improve conversion rates
  • Increase the number of visitors to your website
  • Encourage return visits
  • Help users find what they're looking for more easily
  • Improve your site's search engine ranking
  • Enhance you site visitors' overall experience

How does the website review work?

Our consultants will evaluate your website against best practice usability, search engine optimisation and credibility guidelines, outlining where your site does and doesn't comply. By looking for mistakes that sites normally make, rather than creating new programs tailored to individual sites, we're able to provide the website review at a more affordable price.

Although guideline-driven, each website review is modified to your individual website. We have a team of experts that specialise in both e-commerce and information-based sites and both teams are skilled at performing the review for your specific type of site.

Who is the website review for?

The website review lite is ideal for companies that:

  • Are small businesses who can't afford more comprehensive usability services
  • Need mostly surface-level help with usability issues
  • Require some basic pointers before embarking on a redesign

The website review lite is not recommended for companies that:

  • Have e-commerce websites with revenues in excess of £100,000
  • Want a more tailored, in-depth and vigorous analysis
  • Have complex user flows and/or functionality on their websites

If you don't think the website review lite is for you, you should read about our usability testing or usability website evaluation services. These are more comprehensive and are appropriate for larger organisations with larger, more complex websites.

How much does the website review lite cost?

The website review lite costs a flat fee of £795+VAT and we require up-front payment. If you wish to place an order for the website review lite, we'll schedule the work in and get started. We won't however deliver the finished report until we receive full payment.

You'll also receive a free copy of the Webcredible Handbook, which normally sells for £170. The Handbook, which is 101 pages in length and divided into 18 chapters, contains 128 checkpoints for best practice web design and development.
