Wireframe design & testing
Using its usability expertise, Webcredible can construct wireframes for the key pages on your website. The wireframes are specifically designed to make it easy and intuitive for site visitors to achieve your goals for them. Ultimately, this will:
- Increase task completion and conversion rates
- Improve the user experience
- Encourage site visitors to return again and again
The results of Webcredible's work have been outstanding - our new site now converts 50% more visitors into customers and customer service issues have fallen by over 70%.

Wireframe design & testing usually takes place after the user research & persona creation, focus groups and card sorting & site map creation in the user-centered design process.
What are wireframes?
Wireframes are 'sketches' of page designs that contain all the information, content and navigation of a real page, without any graphic design. The information on the wireframes is positioned in a way that allows users to find what they're looking for quickly and efficiently. Wireframes work in much the same way that architectural blue prints define a building's structure.
Based on our usability and persuasion expertise, we'll design and create a number of wireframes for your website (usually between 30 and 100 in total). Wireframe design is iterative and we would work closely with you throughout the wireframe creation process.

Why we're different
Webcredible does things slightly differently to (and much better than) our competitors:
- We know more than just usability and accessibility
- We're experts in what we do
- We're passionate about our work
- We don't have 'project managers'
- You'll enjoy working with us
- We believe in knowledge sharing so you'll learn a lot from us
Find out in more detail about why we're different.
Webcredible will next convert the wireframes into a working prototype and carry out usability testing on the prototype. We recruit a small number of individuals from your target audience and ask them to complete typical tasks that they would carry out on the finished website.
The prototype testing usually takes place in our purpose-built usability lab. There's an observation room next door with a large two-way mirror between the two rooms so you can see the prototype testing live, in real time. Take a 360° virtual tour of our usability lab.
Based on the results of this usability testing of the prototype, the wireframes are adjusted accordingly.
Deliverables from wireframe design & testing
The final deliverable is essentially the wireframes (usually between 30 and 100 in total), with appropriate adjustments having been made based on the prototype testing. We would also present the findings of the prototype testing to you.
(The next step in the web development process, is to design and build the website - something we can do with our excellent accessible web design services.)
