Ismail Ismail

Ismail Ismail is a Director at Webcredible. He is a highly accomplished practitioner and trainer with more than a decade of experience in executing information architecture and user-centered design projects. Ismail originally trained as a computer scientist then obtained his Masters degree in Ergonomics from the University of London 14 years ago.

Abid Warsi

Abid Warsi is a Senior Consultant at Webcredible. He has a wealth of usability testing and user-centered design experience and specialises in the online travel sector, in mobile user experiences and in understanding user behaviour by using contextual research techniques. Abid has a Psychology degree and a Masters in Ergonomics and previously worked as a business analyst.

Mrudula Kodali

Mru Kodali is a Senior Consultant at Webcredible. She has a breadth of knowledge across a variety of sectors and has successfully delivered on a number of user-centered design projects that include complex user research, information architecture and interaction design challenges. She regularly writes articles, runs public training courses and presents at industry events.

 

Writing for the web training philosophy

Our writing for the web training follows one basic principle:

Put simply, we don't want to provide well written content for your website - we want you to create well written content for your website. The writing for the web training lasts for one full day, during which time you'll complete a series of exercises designed for you to discover the answers by yourself and then put into practice what you've learnt.

By the end of the day, you'll have acquired a deep understanding of how to write effective content for the web. As a result of our hands-on writing for the web training, you'll have:

  • Improved confidence in writing content for your website
  • A deeper understanding of your new knowledge
  • Ownership of what you've learnt
