About our usability & accessibility support packages

Our support packages give you and your organisation access to one of our usability, accessibility & CSS consultants any time you require:
- An expert usability or accessibility evaluation of new or existing pages
- Training or specialist advice in a particular aspect of usability, user-centered design, user research, accessibility or CSS
- An answer to a usability, accessibility or CSS question
- Assistance with problem HTML and/or CSS code
We offer three different levels of support:
- Bronze level
- Half a day per month assistance and help - £450 per month
- Silver level
- One full day per month assistance and help - £850 per month
- Gold level
- Two full days per month assistance and help - £1600 per month
Your time allowance can be split however you like and you need not inform us how you wish to manage the time. In fact, you can pick up the phone and get help with any usability, accessibility, or CSS problems you may have any time between 9.30 and 5.30 from Monday to Friday.
