Newsletter issue #88 - 1st July 2011

Welcome to the July 2011 edition of the Webcredible Newsletter.

Webcredible has been out and about in the unsettled weather this June. We travelled to Berlin where consultant Yeevon moderated a session on KJ-technique at UX Camp Europe, senior consultant Alex presented on mobile app development at a Lightning UX talk, and our marketing manager Gemma reviewed the official app at Glastonbury festival.

We also presented at Marketing Week Live on customer loyalty and user experience, and alongside all of the client work we welcomed two new members to our team, our new Account Director Clair, and Terry our new Business Development Director.

A new poll is live with the aim to discover what drives app downloads. Take part in our poll and see what is coming out on top in consumer influences.

Read on for a round up of our current projects, blog, articles and useful links.
