Flights Online 2011: Ensuring your site takes off
The annual Flights Online study examines the level of usability and user experience of the top 20 UK travel agent and airline carrier websites. The report analyses each website against our best practice guidelines, and provides a league table showing this year's results and any changes from last year's rankings.
The analysis reveals areas of best practice in the industry as well as areas that require further improvement. The travel industry has faced some tough times with their customer loyalty management, this report provides an overview of improvements that brands have made to their online experience, and gives key advice for website and mobile strategies to help increase sales as well as loyalty in the future.
