Textual description of the lost shopping cart

The comic strip is made up of three panes:

  1. “Help, help, I'm lost!” cries a sad looking, broken shopping cart. The shopping cart is empty and sitting on a cloud, with no way of getting off. Seeing the cart's distress through his computer screen, Dr Webcredible gets ready to get into action. “Someone needs our help!” he proclaims, “Prepare to go digital!”
  2. Webcrawler and Hyperlink arrive at the cloud. “What happened?” asks Webcrawler. “It's the checkout process on this website,” the cart woefully replies, “It's so confusing - I don't know where to go or what to do!” Webcrawler is ready with a spanner in his hand, “Don't worry, it's not your fault! Please don't buy from another site - we'll fix it!”
  3. Dr Webcredible stand reflecting over the scene in front of him. “It must be obvious what to do during the checkout process,” he booms out. In front of him, a now repaired and happy looking shopping cart is streaming through cyberspace, full of goods and on his way to the checkout. “And users should be told how many steps there are” Webcrawler shouts after the shopping cart.
