The Energy and Water Supplier Website Usability report is an update on the highly popular utility usability reports of 2007 and 2008. The report evaluates the websites of 17 leading UK energy and water suppliers against 20 best practice usability guidelines. Based on years of usability experience, we devised a list of essential guidelines that all utility websites should adhere to, evaluating each site against these guidelines.
