Textual description of forgotten usability
The comic strip is made up of three panes:
- Wendy is crying because website improvements haven't worked. “People still can't use my website!” she sobs to Webcrawler.
- “I'm going back in time to fix Wendy's website!” Webcrawler informs, as she spins the earth backwards.
- “This time round we're doing usability testing to inform our website changes,” Webcrawler explains to Wendy.
