Textual description of using JavaScript for good, not evil
The comic strip is made up of three panes:
- On a remote volcanic island somewhere in cyberspace a web developer has been abducted by a megalomaniac called JavaScript. From somewhere deep within the bowels of the volcano comes a call of “Help!”
- It's come to Dr Webcredible's attention that the megalomaniac JavaScript is up to his old tricks again. He's forcing web developers to create JavaScript functionality such as pop-up windows and animated effects that most users find irritating or unusable.
- Dr Webcredible tracks down the megalomaniac JavaScript but unfortunately he escapes off the island leaving behind his super computer. Dr Webcredible destroys the super computer and warns developers to “Use JavaScript wisely using unobtrusive JavaScript techniques.”
